Rules & Regulations
Once my application is accepted, all vendor fees become non-refundable.
I understand no electrical power is available at my booth.
I will provide my own booth, tent or trailer, tables, and chairs (indoor booths include a table and 2 chairs).
I will arrive and set up during the designated windows (outdoor: Thursday, arriving by 5:00pm, setup from 5:30pm; indoor Vendome booths: Friday from 7:00am) and will not set up early.
I am responsible for my own Idaho State sales tax reporting and must display my Idaho Sales Tax Number or a temporary ST-124 permit at my booth.
I understand that only merchandise I list on this application may be sold, and unlisted items will not be allowed.
I agree to comply with all Harvest Bazaar, state, and local regulations, and to hold harmless Weiser Classic Candy, the City of Weiser, and their employees, officers, sponsors, and agents from any loss or damage to persons or property arising from my participation, and to defend them against any related claims. I understand the Harvest Bazaar Director may close my booth without refund for non-compliance.
